Learn how to experience 5 pounds gains every 3 weeks with no side effects
The ever controversial author Nelson Montana returns with another tell-all book that leaks all of the things that are meant to be kept away from average Joe Bodybuilder. Montana proves in “BottomLine Bodybuilding” that he hasn’t lost his touch for writing nor his grasp of the workouts and knowledge that one needs to know in order to reach their fullest potential.
One thing that people who read “The Bodybuilding Truth” will notice that’s different about this book is that it contains a lot more information about drugs and steroids whereas The Truth was strictly about natural bodybuilding. Montana makes this clear very early on when he gets into the myth of Clomid and how there are much more effective ways of controlling estrogen levels than using this drug.
“BottomLine Bodybuilding” shows a nice progression from Montana’s previous work into the world of chemical bodybuilding. He professes that he’s uncomfortable openly talking about steroids but has no problem dispensing quality advice for anyone who chooses to use them. His three week cycle will tempt any bodybuilder to drop their marathon cycles in order to put his plan to the test. No side effects, 5 pound gains per short cycle, no Clomid or Nolvadex; who could resist?
Some people who read BottomLine Bodybuilding will also find themselves shocked by some of Montana’s thoughts on certain drugs. The ever popular Deca is a drug that Nelson believes is outdated and causes way too much gyno. He also takes time to explain why prohormones really fall short of what they’re intended to do and how there are much better ways to build muscle than by using these. Listening to Montana might make one drop the notion of ever buying Deca or prohormones again.
Want to learn how to really burn fat? Of course you do and Montana takes some time to explain how it’s not what we eat that burns fat but rather how our body processes food. The thyroid, located in your throat, simply needs to be coaxed into working harder. BottomLine Bodybuilding explains what drugs and techniques can help one to achieve this feat and, in the process, start losing that belly fat that just won’t budge.
One thing that is extremely suspect about this e-book though is that it doesn’t include any references or citations. This immediately raises a red flag to anyone and makes one question the validity of Nelson Montana’s book. However, he gives one of the best reasons for not doing so that I’ve ever heard of by saying that most studies are done with commercial interests in mind and states that for every study, there’s a conflicting one that proves the opposite of the original. Basic point: studies are manipulated to prove whatever an outside group wants it to and one’s reference should be their own logic.
But this book isn’t written merely on the opinion of Montana. It’s based on his years of experience in the bodybuilding world which translates into an exciting read filled with a lot of relevant info that any bodybuilder can use to improve his or her training regiment. And he does mention what some of the great authorities on drugs, pharmaceuticals, and steroids think about such subjects so there actually does end up being some references.
So what’s the bottom line on this book? This e-book is a must read for anyone who has already read The Bodybuilding Truth as it’s just as good as the first book, if not better. For those who haven’t read The Truth, go and check it out as it’s also an excellent book and then check this one out next.
